Weinvest also offers coaching and mentoring services to our clients. These coaching and mentoring services include offering after training services where the beneficiaries of our training are supported in implementing the concepts and principles gained in the training sessions.
In this service, on-the-ground assistance is offered to the beneficiaries, addressing their day-to-day organizational management challenges in order to transform them into being better equipped business persons.
Skills Development / Training – In-house and public training
With training being one of our key service delivery points, Weinvest Holdings has accepted the challenge of equipping community entrepreneurs, employees, employers with a skill to up their effectiveness and efficiency in their specific workstations.
Our strategy is to push to be involved from the skills assessment where we identify the specific skills needed by our clients and tailor make programme which suite their specific environments. This is being done in the form of in-house training and public workshops.
